Zathura -- PG
This is the science fiction edition of Jumanji, without Robin Williams in it. Don't get me wrong; it's still good. It's just that the adventure is in Outer Space instead of the jungle. That's makes this movie more for young boys, than for girls. Still, it's a fun filled family film with a PG, not PG-13 rating.
Zatoichi -- R
A samurai story about a blind samurai struggling to maintain the code of bushido, or the samurai. It has a great deal of stylistic violence (as do most of the better martial arts movies) in place of Western car chases. Although the movie is enjoyable, the biggest surprise is the tap dancing numbers at the end, and the rhythmic nuances throughout the movie. The violence is the reason for the R rating.
Zero Effect -- R
Daryl Zero is a private investigator that has an amazing intellectual ability. He does not, however, have any people skills. That's why his assistant, Ben Stiller, has to deal with his clients. Very, very good detective story with numerous twists. Vulgar language, violence and sexual situations are the reason for the R rating.
