Need for Speed: Underground 2
Rating: E for everyone

EA Games
Platform: PC / Playstaion / X-Box
Genre: Simulation
Rating: E everyone
Overview:
Need for Speed is a long lived series of arcade Driving simulators. Although the game is designed with properly marked roadways, street signs, and working stop lights…the nature of the game is speed.
In Underground2 you find yourself in a unique game interface were you’re placed in a virtual reality city, and you have to actually drive to locations to access different functions of the game. Players progress by winning street races, and sponsored races to earn upgrades for their cars The game is set in a pop-culture environment of street racing, and legitimate racing. There is no vulgar language, insinuations, or innuendoes of vulgarity or sexual behavior. The only questionable behavior in the game is the illegal street racing, but there are several verbal and written warnings with in the game reminding players not to try things depicted in the game on the real roads. *For instance, at the top of a hill in the game’s main map, there is a 3D monument dedicated to a family killed by a drunk driver, similar to monuments you may have seen near a highway. So the game is still like its predecessors were speed is the name of the game, but there are several tasteful reminders of reality.
Summary:
Underground2 is a very enjoyable arcade game. The music and graphic quality are astatically pleasing and the cars are simply beautiful. I would highly recommend this game to kids and teens. The game is multiplier and perfect for siblings to spend time together on a rainy day. Parents might want to challenge their kids to a race too; I think you will enjoy it.
